The Twitter gods sent Donald Trump to Sheol on Jan. 8, 2021. They hoped for a deafening silence. It didn’t turn out like that.

When Elon Musk bought Twitter and later renamed it X, he restored Trump’s dormant account following a vote by Twitter users. Fifteen million users voted in Musk’s poll with 51% saying that the former President of the United States of America should be able to speak on one of the most popular social media outlets, if not the most popular. Musk wrote, “The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated. Vox Populi, Vox Dei,” which means “the voice of the people is the voice of God.”

Since then, Trump has been silent, preferring instead to post anything he wants on Truth Social, to avoid the woke scolds, censors, and other censors. At that time, the Twitter Files revealed that the FBI and DOJ, the COVID-19 czars, and political actors from Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s administrations actively participated in censoring content posted by Americans, including Donald Trump, on Twitter.

The Democrats then crossed the Rubicon and Trump was rolled and mugshotted as if he were a regular criminal in a place where most criminals are let go.

Trump posted a mugshot of himself on X with the words “ELECTION INTERFECTION,” “NEVER SURREND,” and his URL.

You’ve probably seen the comments left on Trump’s posts on social media. They can be incredibly hateful. The left is helping the former president this time by turning him from a leading GOP candidate to a martyr. His friends showered him with love.

The Lincoln Project created a video in which it asked Trump where his friends had gone.

Looks like Trump has some friends left. Terrence K. William, an actor and comedian, was among those who expressed support for Trump. He spewed invectives at the right when they refused to take action against this prosecution.

Trump’s post about X received 159 million views. 1.2 million people “liked” it, 294,000 reposted it, and 85,000 more quote posts.
